What counts as a 'new lead'?

A new lead is a distinct person captured through any channel — web form, chatbot, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, inbound voice, Meta Lead Ads, or manual entry — identified by a unique phone number per workspace within the month.

Annual billing — what's the catch?

No catch. Annual saves ~25-30% on Pro and Max. You're billed for the full year upfront via Stripe, receipt and invoice included. Cancellation policy applies via the self-serve Stripe Customer Portal.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates. Downgrades apply at the next renewal — your existing period is honored.

Why are EUR prices shown if billing is in USD?

EUR is a display-only approximation so RO and EU buyers can read familiar pricing. Stripe charges in USD until we add EUR price IDs to the Stripe dashboard. No hidden FX fee on our side; your bank may apply its own conversion.

What belongs in Enterprise?

Franchises, multi-location clinics (>3 locations), teams that need custom CRM integration, SSO, SLA, or procurement support. Pricing is custom per contract.
